Rusty’s Off-Road is a leading manufacturer of suspension lift kits, steering components, undercarriage protection, body armor, and performance products for Jeep vehicles. For over 30 years Rusty’s shop has prided itself on our in-house manufacturing capability, which enables us to achieve a level of quality control that could never be reached by outsourcing production. Our product line covers the full spectrum of Jeep vehicles, old or new, and a wide range of uses. From a mild daily driver to a custom rockcrawler to a full-blown JeepSpeed or Ultra 4 race vehicle, Rusty’s product line covers it all. In a time when nearly all of our competitors are outsourcing at least portions of their production overseas, we are proud to say that all of Rusty’s Off-Road products are manufactured in the USA and Trail Tested Tough.
Much of Rusty’s product line involves tubular parts, from control arms to track bars to bumpers and other equipment. When it came time to expand our production capacity with an NC tubing bender in order to keep up with demand, our first and foremost priorities were reliability and accuracy; just as we approach our product line, price took a backseat to quality.
After researching all of the options, the Baileigh RDB-250 tube bender got the nod. It offers us absolute repeatability for our production runs, and the quick setup allows us to easily change from production to custom parts for our customers, which remain one of our specialties. We also just picked up the WP-1800 weld positioner , BSV-12 vertical bandsaw along with the DG-500 disc grinder. These are all excellent additions to our shop full of CNC machines, lasers, press brakes, and other metal fabrication equipment. Now if Rusty’s can dream it up, Rusty’s manufacture it right here in our Rainbow City, Alabama, production center!
